Monday

forrest-inspired yoga 9.30-10.30am

CLASS BEGINNING OCTOBER 14th 2019

In this meditative class we will learn to breathe deeply and connect in feeling with our bodies. Honing our ability to access our intuition and our capacity to make wise choices surrounding our practice, this class takes things slow, steady and with mindfulness. This class is designed to build personal strength, particularly around the legs and core, and usher integrity into our daily interactions with all beings. All are welcome - including those with Injuries and mums to be. All props provided (we use a lot!).

VINYASA 12.30-1.15pm

Join Ash for 45 minutes of integrated flow. Slower perhaps than a typical vinyasa, this class aims to bring mindfulness into our movements and shake off habitual patterns that no longer serve us. It is a Monday so we keep things light! It is a friendly class with yogis from all walks of life and practice. We end in relaxation to bring a sense of calm into the rest of your week. Please book through the Pacific Yoga website: pacificyoga.co.uk.

DYNAMIC FORREST YOGA with NIDRA  5.30-7pm

CLASS BEGINNING OCTOBER 7TH 2019

A nurturing dynamic practice, inspired heavily by Forrest Yoga. We will begin with a pranayama practice before diving deep into hips, core and shoulder work (all of the juicy stuff!). The Event Space at Hamilton House has a vast amount of wall space - let’s use it! Wall work and inversions will be scattered through this practice, even more than usual.

This practice will be accompanied by incense, the burning of sage and fairy-lights (of course!). If it feels right we’ll also add some music in. Be sure to bring an extra cosy jumper as we will end with an extra-long savasana infused with selected essential oils to invite you to truly sink in to refresh for your week.

Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one. All props provided.

Friday

 

friday chill • 5-6pm 

A Restorative Yoga class where we access the breath and sink into the restful side of the nervous system. You will be supported on bolsters, blocks and blankets and guided through meditation in a room filled with fairy lights and essential oils. A chance to let what does not serve you leave your body to make space for the weekend ahead.

Sunday

POWER VINYASA • 10-11.30am 

A playful, fun and challenging class. Inspired by Les Leventhal's famous Rock n' Roll Vinyasa style, this class has some unusual music choices (!). Roll out of bed and roll onto your mat where we begin gently, move into traditional sun salutations and end in juicy relaxation. Much is offered in this class but, as ever, you are invited to pick up what you need and leave what does not serve you on that day. The community is incredibly supportive and friendly and we often meet for coffee in The Canteen after class. Bring a mat if you have one and let Ash know if you have any injuries on the day. No need to book.

VINYASA
A dynamic flow class taught to music. The Sunday class is referred to as 'Power Vinyasa' due to the amount of arm balance variations we explore.

YOGA
Yoga is an exploration of the 'now'. Exploring a mindful movement practice to discover where and how we exist in the moment.

ACROYOGA
A fun, playful class that fuses partner yoga, simple acrobatics and Thai massage. A chance to get fit, laugh and discover how much more we can achieve together than by ourselves.
