Acroyoga all levels 7-8pm

AcroYoga is a playful fusion of partner yoga, simple acrobatics and Thai massage. In these sessions expect sweat, laughter and some steps outside your comfort zone. No experience or partner necessary - we work in groups of 3 to ensure safe flights at all times. Phone 07909 264641 to be let in to the building.

THE ISLAND, NELSON ST £8

Acroyoga intermediates 8.15-9.30pm

This class is for AcroYogis who enjoy a challenge; be ready to fly, spot and base your way through sweat-and-giggle-inducing flows. An intermediate yogi will have attended at least a month's worth of classes and is able to spot and practice safely. I would suggest also attending the 7pm class to make sure you're well warmed up!

SLOW FLOW 7.15-8.15am

Wake up, stretch, breathe and flow - join Ash for an hour to prepare your body for the day ahead. This class is designed to get us back into our bodies and back into our breath; a class that invites shift and ends in sweet relaxation. Suitable for all.

KAMBE YOGA, PORTLAND SQUARE £8

 

FORREST-INSPIRED YOGA 12.30-1.45pm

In this class we will learn to breathe deeply and connect in feeling with our bodies. This is a slow, but strong practice. Inspired by Ana Forrest's Yoga this is a full  workout that builds flexibility, intelligence and strength while helping deepen the relationship with our authentic Selves. Accessing our intuition - the voice of our Spirit - builds personal strength and ushers integrity into our daily interactions with all beings. Expect challenge, some inversions and deep abdominals to begin the class - to get you strong, centred and connecting you to you core! All are welcome - including those with Injuries and mums to be. All props provided.

YOGASARA, PICTON ST £10

VINYASA 1-2pm • 60 MINUTES

TGI Friday Yoga - a playful and challenging class that encourages moving with your breath and listening to your body. We will be moving through traditional, and not so traditional, yoga postures with awareness and with ample opportunities to laugh and celebrate your practice. This is a pay-what-you-can class.

POWER VINYASA 10-11.30am • 90 MINUTES 

A playful, fun and challenging class. Expect to move, breathe and shift your perspective. Inspired by Les Leventhal's famous Rock n' Roll Vinyasa style, this class is designed to start your Sundays off right: flows, trust, back bends, arm balances - all to a soundtrack of your breath and some rockin' tunes. Bring a mat and bring a smile!

VINYASA
A dynamic flow class taught to music. The Sunday class is referred to as 'Power Vinyasa' due to the amount of arm balance variations we explore.

FORREST-INSPIRED
A strong, slow, breath-centric practice that emphasises abdominal strength and long-held standing postures. Recommended for those working with injuries.

SLOW FLOW
A slower, gentler vinyasa and combines the 2 practices above. Great for beginners and those looking for a more integrated practice.

ACROYOGA
A fun, playful class that fuses partner yoga, simple acrobatics and Thai massage. A chance to get fit, laugh and discover how much more we can achieve together than by ourselves.
