In this class we will learn to breathe deeply and connect in feeling with our bodies. This is a slow, but strong practice. Inspired by Ana Forrest's Yoga this is a full workout that builds flexibility, intelligence and strength while helping deepen the relationship with our authentic Selves. Accessing our intuition - the voice of our Spirit - builds personal strength and ushers integrity into our daily interactions with all beings. Expect challenge, some inversions and deep abdominals to begin the class - to get you strong, centred and connecting you to you core! AcroYoga Flow is an all levels class working on refining a particular sequence each week it will support those wishing to bring a more meditative aspect to their AcroYoga practice or perhaps work with a particular partner to progress their skills.
As ever, this class will be fun and full of challenge with a dynamic warm up run by Will Dukes (PT) before moving onto learning the foundations of each month's flow. At the end of each month there will be time to play with the sequence as if flowing through an acroyoga style vinyasa.
This class is a support to the Monday and Friday classes as well as the monthly workshops and jams.
